He is one of those inspirational tech entrepreneurs who has inspired my passion for the science behind food & drinks. I always had a love for mezcal and this one took that love to the next level.  | 
INGREDIENTS
- 2 ounces of mezcal
 - 3 drops of Chocolate Bitters
 - 1 drop of Angostura Bitters
 - 1/4 ounce agave syrup
 - If you have it, a grapefruit peel is a nice touch
 - 1 Capsco Smoky Infuser
 
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine the following ingredients into a shaker or mixing glass
- Add in mezcal
 - Add in Angostura and Chocolate Bitters
 - Add in Agave Syrup
 - Mix/stir everything together
 - Strain into rocks glass
 - Squeeze grapefruit peel lightly and express oils over drink and rub peel over rim of glass
 - Drop peel into your drink
 - Drop in 1 Smoky Infuser for ~30 seconds (taste and decide if you want to add more heat)
