Spicy Green Goddess
It's a dressing, it's a dip, it's a sauce.
- 2 lemons (juiced and zested)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 2 garlic cloves (peeled and smashed)
- 1 tblsp Zing Thing pepper flakes
- 2 tsp dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup parsley
- 1/2 cup basil
- 1/4 cup chives
- salt and pepper to taste
- Zest your lemons
- Add sour cream, mayo, garlic, lemon zest, parsley, chives, basil, dijon mustard, lemon juice, Zing Thing pepper flakes, salt and pepper to your blender. Blend until smooth.
